The front room and kitchen area have been removed. Original full size bathroom and rear bedroom are intact. The previous owner had painted the interior, all wood from bathroom forwards has been sanded. The exterior is in great shape, with minor dings, there are a few cracked windows, and the front lexan windows need attention.
