Bought this off the original owners in 2020 and lived in it while working on the road for a couple of years. I've put a lot of work into it and took out the old original fold out couch and kitchen table to open the living area up and installed a 42" smart TV in the living area and it has a 22" DCV smart tv in the bedroom. The fridge stopped working and it is believed the control unit went out; All the control unit for inside and out are new and in the camper and just need to be installed. The awning works but it s getting sun dried and could be replaced, since it's a manual type it wouldn't cost too much to replace the canvas only. Vacated old power wire due to over heated wire. minor water from AC unit and sitting under a tree caused some brittle areas in the rear corners. Awning canvas needs to be replaced but still is in place but has some holes.
