This is a newly remodeled 2001 R-Vision Trail Lite MH211 class B+ motorhome. This is a no reserve charity auction; therefore, the highest bidder wins the vehicle at the end of the sale. The RV is equipped with a heavy-duty Chevrolet 3500 express chassis, and it has the desirable fuel-efficient 5.7L Vortex gas engine. This unit has a rebuilt title due to a minor fire which caused some cosmetic damage. It has since been repaired, and for the last year, our organization has been using this motorhome as our mobile office. We recently had the vehicle state inspected on 01/29/2017 in which it passed with excellence. It is spacious yet compact, it is easy to drive, and you can park it in a regular parking space. The RV features a newly remodeled layout and it has many modern conveniences such as wireless internet, LCD 1080 high definition TV, Blu-ray DVD player, updated plumbing, and beautiful hardwood floors. The RV is equipped with an updated and comfortable Jackknife sofa that turns into bed; it also has a dinette set that can convert into a bed as well. The odometer reads 52k miles, however, the mileage on the title says exempt because it comes from a state that does not report mileage after 10 years. The engine runs smoothly and the built in generator starts right up. We have located all of the user manuals for the equipment on board and they will come with the RV. Mechanical: The unit is in good running condition and it is very quiet. It received a new house (auxiliary) battery on 06/30/16. On 12/01/2016, the vehicle received an oil change and new filter, a new brake cable, new distributor cap and rotor, wiper blades, new spark plugs and wires. On 02/01/2017 we changed the oil in the generator.
