Description:
2006 Class C motorhome in great condition. Powerful engine with no problems, and only 18,500 miles. We are the second owners. The first was a couple who used it for small trips, kept it in great condition. We've only used it a few times across country. Very roomy, everything works in perfect condition. It has a pull out grill in one of the back outside compartments that uses propane. There was a small water leak in the top cabin area from sitting so long. We repaired the leak right away which is why the upper cabin is more detailed with all new insulation, bamboo wood flooring and wainscoting. We replaced insulation and luan boards. In the bullnose we used spray foam instead of the standard fiberglass insulation. Apparently it did not conform to the outer skin evenly so you can see the dimples. The foam hardened and gives it a more solid backing than the cardboard that was originally laminated to the outer fiberglass, but we had no way of controlling the process. It was never in an accident or hit by any object. We were not sure exactly where the leak was coming from so we decided to replace most of it, including the window frame window. We even took off the aluminum bead around the edging, cleaned it, added leak repair tape and replaced. On the inside, when putting the fiberglass skin back on it didn't fit as smoothly as we would have liked and so it appears to have bubbled, but it is only cosmetic. We have not noticed any leaking since all the repairs were done. Air conditioner is strong, and the multiple heater vents are very nice in the cold weather. Brand new microwave. The refrigerator, stove and oven are in great condition and work without issues. The flat screen TV is on a turn table and can swivel to the outside, and there is a separate stereo system outside. Upholstery without any tears or blemishes. New memory foam mattress on the pull out sofa bed. Brand new powerful shower head. New Pioneer Multimedia system with bluetooth, speakers throughout the coach. Some normal wear and tear is visible on the corner by the door entering the bathroom (you are able to see it in one of the picture). Some normal rust on the undercarriage. We have more pics if interested.
