** The engine needs repair. I believe it's the timing belt. Selling as is.**All of the amenities work great. One minor leak under kitchen sink. Had all piping checked by mechanics up in Northern Virginia. Just had the furnace fixed. Runs VERY well. A/C also works well. One cabinet needs small repair (the cabinet door does not stay open when opened). Bed included. Can sleep five people. Shower, toilet, and plenty of storage space. Water pump and water heater working.LP gas works. Stove top and oven working. Microwave. Newly installed refrigerator. No a/c or heater under the hood for driver and passenger seats. Was taken out.Installed CD player with sound system. Working generator. Used minimally under my ownership. Trailer hitch. Spare tire.Needs to have the latter repaired.Airbag leveling system.Dual battery system. New battery under hood.8 cylinder engine.Gas.I believe it's a 21 ft motorhome. Have manuels for motorhome, fridge, a/c, stereo, engine, and chassis.**Title and registration with RV**This is located at a repair shop in storage. Had to leave it here because I'm traveling across country and do not want to spend time fixing the timing belt. This would be ideal for those looking to work on an RV or camping out. The RV will drive for a couple of miles before losing acceleration. Restarts fine.
