This high quality fifth wheel is much more than the book shows-The book does not include any slides which were obviously options when the trailer was built. Please come to see it and see what you think. It is very homey and livable.
Everything works fine and we have kept it up and used everything regularly.
We just purchased a newer unit, so need to find our Newmar a new home.
We are in Apache Junction for the winter, and take our rig to Durango, Colorado for the summer. It tows very nicely. Tires are in good shape. We keep them covered to protect from the sun. There are 3 axles-mor-ryde suspension. It is a lower profile than the newer rigs. The interior ceilings are lower than the newer rigs. Underside of unit is totally enclosed with metal covering. Heating vent goes into the main bay.
