We are selling a well-maintained 5th wheel camper. The sale includes the original owner's manual, sales brochure, current maintenance records along with some camping supplies and gear, new tires and aluminum rims on 04/19/2013 with less than 1,500 miles on them. This beautiful RV features 3 slide outs, convection oven, stacked washer and dryer combo, open floor plan, new Room & Board leather sleeper sofa, storm windows, A/C with heat pump, bay window sun screen, four season package, taller toilet, 2" receiver hitch, rubber roof, 50amp service and lots of storage. Since 2008 I've worked as a traveling contractor so we purchased this fifth wheel in 2010 to live in it and travel as a family. We are now selling this fifth wheel to settle down in MN. The camper is currently located in an RV campground near Elk River, MN until October 29, 2013. If the camper has not sold after that we will take it south for the winter and try selling it there.
