wife and I bought a new 2012 trailer from them May 16th 2012 picked a week later did walk through the guy showing broke a shelve under sink. Got home had water leaks inside rolled out awning broke left Monday week long camping trip no hot water for for days tank broke they came and fix show door latch broke wife locked in shower yelling for help for 20 minutes. Table bed not right fell on grand daughter. Cole Laws says bring it in will fix. Take them trailer they have it 12 days I call to see how their coming. They had not had time to do anythig. I call the manufacture ask them to call cole laws they did got a call back they ll get it fixed. 5 days later friday they call say its ready except new table on order go pick up Sat. table beds apart wall cover over plumbing is of other things not done. They ask whats wrong I said I did not bring here like this and if their not going to take care of it I d just as soon have my money back. Mike the manager says thats not going to happen then when I told him I had already spoke to my attorney he told me to get my trailer and get the F... off his lot Mike and another man walked off laughing and wouldn't even give me my hitch which they had to tow my trailer.These guys care nothing about you they have your money. We paid 7500.00 down and a 1000.00 trade in customers should be treated better than this. And Mikie if your reading this you will be hearing from our attorneys. Jerry & Maria
