I am selling our camper that is in BRAND NEW CONDITION! We are non smokers and have no pets. My wife and I have camped with our three boys, ( 3, 2, and 9 mons old) a total of seven times with this camper. To give you an idea of how we keep our things, shoes are not allowed past the entryway and the kids feet are not allowed on the cushions or beds unless they have been washed. We intended to keep this for many years to come, but due to to financial reasons, we need to sell. The camper, has a/c, heat, flat screen television, video disc player and stereo with interior and exterior speakers, three burner cooking range, microwave, full camper fridge and full camper freezer, double sink, bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, pantry, and PLENTY of storage space and cabinets, external shower, external cable hookup, full length awening, exterior grill mount and gas hookup, 2 fold down queen beds (no messing with the old velcro or poles under the beds, everything is stitched and ready to go. The beds fold down and they are ready to go.) There is a fold down couch to be pre-owned as a bed as well as the kitchen table turns into a bed, dry weight is about 3700 pounds, 4 tanks - 30 gallon fresh / 30 gallon grey / 30 gallon black, and a six gallon water heater. We bought this camper new and are the only owners and users of this camper. We bought the camper in 2011 for $23,000. If you aren't sure what you are looking for, spend a day at a camper store to get an idea what fits you and also look at the prices. This camper is priced AMAZING for a pre-owned camper, and this camper would easily pass for a BRAND NEW CAMPER!!!
