Current Location: Houston, TXCondition: Fair (No leaks, roof good, tires good, no accidents but some minor work suggested - see below)My wife and I spent 14 months 'vanlife'-ing around the USA in the RV. Regularly serviced without major problems other than replacing the control arms and the tie-rod ends.It could do with a full service before your first trip out (4,000+ miles since last and has been in storage now for 5 months) and a clean/detailing.While generally fine, there are three items which could do with addressing:1. The awning works but could do with replacing (age worn)2. The onboard compressor hasn't worked since we bought it. (I think a control board in the compressor system has failed - replaceable but a pain to get to). We bought a portable compressor and never bothered to get it fixed3. The engine has been regularly turned over while in storage but it has developed an occasional misfire when revved hard. Suspect a decent service and replacement spark plugs would sortFixtures/fittings:Microwave, gas stove/oven, fridge/freezer box, a/c, ducted heating, two (replacement) MaxxAir fans, island queen bed (with storage underneath) in rear, second bed above cab, dinette, couch, loads of storage (inside and out), separate shower and bathroom, large LED lightbar over cab (for off-grid use not driving)Clean Carfax report available on request.Please note: Cash or Bankers Draft only.
