I have a beautiful 5th wheel that I purchased about 2 months ago. I tried to pull it and felt very uncomfortable with the length; it is 36 foot. It was a 1-owner rig and I have never taken it on the road. I decided to sell it and get a smaller one. It is very clean and extremely beautiful and functional. I am located near Tyler (East Texas) at Lake Palestine in Flint, Tx. It has 3 slide outs. I will sell the 5th wheel by itself for $26,000 or the truck and 5th wheel for $41,000. Both A/C's are ducted (Coleman heat pumps) and are 15,000 BTUs. 10 gal Gas/Elec water heater, Sharp microwave/convection oven, large Norcold 982 frig, 2 piece Kenmore washer and dryer, electronic entertainment center with a brand new in-th-box still 19" JVC LED/DVR combo, home theater surround sound queen bed that has storage underneath with deluxe spread and shams,bathroom fan with sensor, ceiling fan in LR, porcelain toilet stool with sprayer, Thermopayne windows, exterior security lights, larger lavender with open stool, rear entertainment cab with desk, 2 drawer and hamper cabover wall feature, ceramic tile in BR, Oak valances with crown molding (LR & Kit), awnings all around, 16" spare tire rdial, prep for DSS 18" dash, day and night shades, flourescent lights, reflective insulation, nev-r-lube axles, 3 3/8 brakes, EZ lube shackle bolts, option B bath, solid wood doors in E/C, shelves in E/C for stereo, 2 bar stools, stainless steel sink, slide-out swivel TV tray in BR, Oak trim around all three shades. flip up counter top for snack bar, strip lights in toe kicks, 2 12V lights below counter kit, couch makes out into a bed and there is sofa storage, and much more.The truck is a white 2002 Ford F350 Power Stroke Superduty 1 Ton Diesel Dually, Lariat package, all leather interior, ONLY 97,580 miles, one owner (except for me driving maybe 50 miles), good tires, good A/C, and very clean.I will sell the 5th Wheel by itself, or I will sell the 5th Wheel and truck as a package deal.
