So, we flew out to California, purchased it, and drove it home, camping in the remarkable Joshua Tree National Park, the amazing Grand Canyon, and other lesser-known camping places. We fell in love with the ?Road Trip? experience in our RV and looked forward to many more adventures. We follow a healthy lifestyle and having our own kitchen with us wherever we go is ideal! It wasn?t long after we got home that we began planning our next adventure ? out West again! We love the solar panels that provide plenty of electricity renewed daily. We had to learn to slow down as the RV doesn?t speed along the highways like a car does. But in slowing down we found that it allowed us to relax and enjoy more, taking in the stunning scenic views all around us and seeking out parking spots in beautiful scenic views to pause for lunch.We love the kitchen location in the back where you can look out the back window while fixing a meal or cleaning up. We are not smokers, and we don?t own pets, so no such odors have filled our cabin. We recently upgraded our d?cor with new upholstery on the sofa and benches that sit along the table. In addition, we traded out the old carpet for new vinyl plank flooring that looks like wood. Transwest Truck and Trailer RV gave the mechanics of our RV a review; as a result, they installed new brake pads, shocks, sway bar end links, replaced rear leaf springs, and added front and rear sumo springs on the axles and a steering stabilizer for a smoother ride.On one of our trips out early last year, we were involved in a fender bender accident. Our insurance paid to fix all the damages and we had all but a couple of minor damages repaired: we still have a small crack in the door mirror and a blemish on the fender that is hardly noticeable. We have had the RV out on a couple of trips since then and she drives as well as ever. Also, we backed into a pole on one of our outings, bending the back bumper. The bumper proved to be very strong - strong enough to save the back end of the coach from any damage. We have been torn about selling. While planning recently for another road trip, it came to us that maybe we should offer our RV for sale so that someone else could enjoy it with the new improvements.
