For sale for $14,900 or best offer we have an 8 1/2' x 30' goose-neck trailer with living quarters. It has 12 ft. cargo area, 10 1/2 ft. plus 7 1/2 ft neck for the living quarters. We used it the past 2 yr. to haul furniture to craft shows, but need to retire because of health conditions.We insulated and remodeled the living quarters 2 yr. ago. It includes beadboard wood paneling, cabinets with lights under each, TV with RV antenna, portable air conditioner, dual propane tanks with switchover, propane gas furnace and 3-burner cooktop, microwave, water heater, propane-electric fridge, jack knife sofa (folds down to make bed), foam mattress on neck, and bathroom with shower. Also has a custom-built oak gate-leg table and library chair (used also as a ladder to climb to the neck). Trailer has solid construction, electricjack, electric brakes and two nearly new tires, other tires good. It has a spring-assisted loading door. It is smoke-free and pet-free.
