Can fit Dirt Bike’s, Quad’s, Mountain Bikes, Canoes, Paddle Board’s,etc(most side bye sides DON’T fit). DOES’NT, smell of gas. We only used it for Mountain Bikes, Sports Equipment. Fold down Ramp(has soft spot from previous owner). Rear Manual Slider w/Queen size Bed, Role Down Couch/Bed in family area. Great Outdoor Camp Kitchen w/20’ coil hose(can also be used as Outdoor Shower)/removable Sink/Double Burner Range/Large/Adj.Cutting Board. 1 Large Flood Light on Passenger & Driver Side(also typical Out Side Light’s).INSIDE: Microwave Oven, 3 Burner Propane Range Oven Combo w/Exhaust Fan, New Spring Chef Faucet installed 3 yrs ago, Double Bay Sink w/Cutting Board, Kitchen Table can be taken outside, lots of Cabinet's, Pantry w/role out Drawers, 2 Door 6 cu.ft Refrigerator, 29” Flat Screen TV installed 3 yrs ago, CD/Radio.Larger A/C installed 6 yrs.ago, Previous owner replace Hot Water Heater(Propane Only) 10 yrs ago, Solar Panel w/Charging/Regulator for 2 deep cycle Batter’s, Fantastic Fan(can blow air in or out) installed 2 yrs ago, Larger A/C(think its 15,000 BTU) installed 6 yrs ago. 8 yrs ago: Axel’s, where flipped over for High Clearance, Larger size Scissor Jacks, Hitch Reciever(approx. 2,000 lbs rating) for towing. New Wheel Bearing & Brake 4 yrs ago.Have all original owners manuals.FIX IT LIST/TOO DO LIST:Teared out most Linoleum Flour last yr I living space/walkway. Was going to replace w/Plank Flour(had surgery; so couldn’t finish it). Pick your flouring & finish it yourself. No soft spots in Flour, Light drip comes in from Skylight into Bathtub/Shower(probably a easy fix). There is crack FRP panel. On driver side rear corner near slider(been there since I bought it/see attached pic). Also, needs new rubber Straps for Propane Tanks Cover. Inside clean. Needs a serious detail outside! Also, a new Awning Cover.Over all length from Tung too back of Rear Bumper is: 25’ 10”.NOTE 1: No personal items show in pictures come w trailer. TRAILER ONLY IS FOR SALE.NOTE 2: NADA Does NOT list this RARE MODEL.
