Sturdy flip down entry steps.(2)30lb propane tanks which will run fridge, stove, water heater. There is a 4500w generator that comes with it to run a.c. and microwave. You can hang the 100w solar panel to keep the (2) 12v batteries charged. There is new screen room and large carpet, high quality power cords, Anderson tow hitch plus other items. Tows very well. Compare to a 23 Airstream
