2021 DUTCHMAN/COLEMAN LIGHT 1805RB CAMPER FOR SALE. This camper is in perfect condition without exception. What that means is that all the problems associated with a new purchase have been corrected and it is ready to tow to your camp site and use today.This camper is 24 feet long outside and 18 feet inside. It has one slide-out, a 3 burner cook top, microwave oven, air conditioner (ducted or direct), furnace, nice HD TV and separate bathroom. In addition, it has an electric heater in the form of a fireplace (this is great as it allows you to use camp ground AC and not propane to heat), and a wonderful shower. The reason I say wonderful is because I am a big guy, over 6 feet tall and I fit very nicely in the shower. Standing full upright and with the upgraded shower head, it is a pleasure to take a hot shower. The other thing I like about this camper is that it has an oven, a part of the cook top. That is rare in todays market as most have a microwave/convection oven. The gas oven is much better. Installed is an AM/FM radio, FURRION, that can be controlled via app in your cell phone. There is sizable storage in cabinets, closets, under bed, under sofa/bed, and outside (through and through storage accessible from outside). This is the perfect camper for one or two persons even though the sofa converts to a bed for additional sleeping. Also, the camper size is such that you are allowed into all federal and state camping areas. This camper comes with dishes, silverware, glasses and other amenities such as jack and lug wrench and camping rug etc. There are additional amenities such as sofa/bed, RV queen bed (I added a fitted 3 inch mattress topper), electric jacks, inside/outside folding table, upholstered foot stool, power awning, all LED lighting plus other items. Weight is 4,448 lbs empty so it can be towed by an appropriate automobile. I have installed one additional 12 volt battery doubling the amp hour capacity, giving the camper the ability to dry camp more than one day. Also installed is an inverter that runs the TV. That way, when you park over night in a Wal-Mart or Cracker Barrel, you can still watch TV. I have installed a battery disconnect and 12 volt powerpole outlet (I consider all of that a necessity and why it did not come with it is beyond me).This trailer has two axles, 4 wheels total, which is a great protection against flats. Tires are like new. Included is a proportional brake controller (ECHO, a $250.00 accessory, controlled via an app in your cell phone). A necessity for smooth control while towing. Camper was purchased new by me (non smoker), the only owner, in 2021. Camper comes with all manuals, and documentation etc. Hitch requires a 2 5/16 inch ball. Price is $22,750. Title is clear.
