The van is a 2022 Thor Sanctuary 19P that has been customized and modified at our shop, making it even better than new from Thor. It has every available option offered from both Mercedes and Thor, many of which are no longer available on the newer models or were switched out for cheaper sub-par options by Thor. A full list of amenities and customizations can be found below. The van just hit 20,000 miles and is still under full Mercedes’ warranty. It is in excellent, like-new condition. MSRP was $178,000 before any of the modifications. These vans are notorious for coming new from Thor with a long list of small problems, all of which have been corrected in this van at our shop. We can deliver to anywhere in the country. This is a real price for a real van unlike all the fake ads you see online to get you to an RV lot and upsell you. This conversion van is comparable to a Winnebago Revel or Storyteller Overland for a reduced price. Modifications/Customizations/Thor problems fixed:-OWL Vans Tire Carrier and Rear Ladder-Full Size Spare (Thor provides no spare or place to store one)-Brand new 6 gallon cassette toilet tank.-Custom Lagun Table mounted in rear. Dozens of table positions for working, eating and lounging. This is one of the best modifications we made. (The table that comes from Thor is terrible. It is pretty much unusable and needs to be removed to even access the seats. It wobbles and doesn’t store well. The lagun table can stay up full time or the top can be removed in 10 seconds and stored behind the driver’s seat.)-Replaced cheap television with Full HD Smart TV with built in applications. Great to use as a secondary monitor while working on the road.-Increased the space in the inside shower by bumping out the doors and shower curtain.-Replaced interior shower head with a residential quality low volume unit. (The one that comes from Thor is cheap and barely worked.)-Replaced rear door plumbing with a cleaner, more user friendly setup that includes ball valve and quick connect for hose and outdoor shower.-Added detachable rear outdoor shower head. (Great for rinsing off at the beach or trailhead)-Overhead Storage Bulkhead added above driver and passenger seat.-Blackout Curtain added to front cab for easy privacy when parking without deploying window shades.-WeatherTech window shades which are a small fraction of the size and weight of the stock ones from Thor with much better thermal properties.-WeatherTech window rain guards.-Professional high end Ceramic Window Tinting-Corrected wheel vibration found in every Thor Class B with the proper size custom milled hub-centric spacers-Upgraded BF Goodrich KO2 off-road tires (incredibly quiet on the road). The tires were just balanced and rotated. -Professionally de-badged the enormous Thor Sanctuary letters from all over the outside as well as all the utility labels from the Driver’s side.-Fixed overhead fan shroud problem from Thor-Added magnetic thermal/blackout cover for overhead fan.-Re-secured every panel and re-hung every cabinet in the van properly to virtually eliminate all squeaking while driving. (Poor construction from Thor)-Secured drawer slides to improve alignment-Re-built the rear electrical component box to make it sturdier and add much more storage in the rear of the van. (Comes with no storage from Thor)-Wheel Leveling system for uneven parking spots. -Aftermarket wheels-Secured window shades.-Battery operated carbon monoxide detector added-Storage nets added in bathroom vanity to contain small items-Storage nets added in living area to contain small items.-Removed magazine racks from bathroom doors to make more floor space-Many more small mods that aren’t listed-This model has every available option from Mercedes Benz (The empty cargo van was $80,000 and special order only.
