This is a 1947 International Truck Trailer turned into a food vending cart/ trailer. Built in 2023. I’ve rented it out for weddings as a bar/beverage trailer as the hot dog equipment is easy to remove. You have multiple ways of building revenue with this one of a kind cart/trailer. Everyone loves and gravitates towards to trailer. It does amazing at large events. This cart is designed to provide unmatched convenience and functionality in a small package 4x6ft to be exact, making it an ideal solution for any concession trailer needs. With a cool vintage design and durable construction with solid wood and metal materials this cart is ideal for a variety of events and situations.Trailer Build: - 1947 International Truckbed Trailer 4x6 w/ nice Michelin tires homemade into white wall tires, (I can explain the process) painted yellow metal wheels and vintage chrome baby moon hub caps with anodized red American flag valve cover caps. Inside Trailer:*Subflooring was stabilized and re-welded then new 3/4 subflooring was installed with a grey faux wood sheet vinyl and restaurant grade rubber floor splash shield installed for easy cleaning and health code compliance. Can spray out with a garden hose if you ever needed to. * Stainless Steel Custom 4 Bay Sink System was built and installed with electric water heater and battery powered water pump. Hand wash sink and wash, rinse, sanitize sinks. Handwash sink separated from wash sinks by clear plexiglass. *Lots of over head shelving for added storage. You can be over 6ft tall and stand comfortably inside although workspace is very tight/small. * Two removable tables w/ metal frames, wood counters & under counter shelves. *Electric 110v Hot Dog & Bun Steamer - commercial grade and can hold 100 hot dogs and about 40 buns. *Condiment Shelves. Outside of Trailer:*Custom teal “Patina” paint. Not clear coated so will continue to age. *Trailer Lights work. *4 Heavy duty stabilizer jacks for all 4 corners. I wanted to mount under trailer but will need to weld a mounting bracket under the frame for each jack but you can still use jacks to stabilize it presently. *Brand New Stabilizer anti-sway hitch system to make towing easy. She’s a little tall so I bought the stabilizer system to manage the sway in high winds while driving the trailer. Tows great 0-65mph. Easy and lightweight for most all vehicles tow. Loaded down with supplies included it’s gotta weigh less than 2,000 pounds. *The wood and most everything used to build the trailer besides the tongue n groove siding is all re-claimed wood/metal. Two aluminum framed louvered windows out of vintage camper. Both work great. Large window and fold up serving window are repurposed shower doors. There’s a horizontal stained glass piece as well with a neat mountain and tree branch scene that came from Habitat for Humanity resell store as most all materials purchased where at Habitat for Humanity’s resell stores as we like to support their organization when building our fun projects. Two small windows above handmade entry door are made of old oak cabinet doors. *Vintage tin roofing from our farm. *Entry door was just a wood frame from an old handmade screen door that was on our farms old homesteading house many years ago. Door frame is estimated to be 70-80yrs old with original tree branch handles. I installed the louvered window and rusty corrugated metal to make the door and then lacquered to make entire door to weather proof it for another 70-100yrs of use. *Siding is tongue & groove Pine wood that has had the “Sho Sugi Ban” process applied to it which is the process of charring the wood with open flames and then using a drill with a wire wheel attached you delicately remove the black charring from burnt wood. Wood is then textured to the touch. This process also helps seal the wood and makes the wood not susceptible to insects. The hard wood grains remain dark and then paint is applied and immediately wiped off which exposes the dark wood grains while the rest of the paint absorbs into the soft wood grain. Then 4 coats of a heavy duty wood lacquer was applied. It’s very eye catching and people love it when they see and touch it in person. *Both Gables were custom made. One is made out of cedar lap siding that was meticulously cut into smaller pieces and each small piece was attached one by one and was caulked and sealed to be ultra weather proof. This one gable took 2 days to build. Second gable is a Sasquatch sunshine. Each piece of wood came from our reclaimed scrap wood pile making for one unique colors. A piece of corrugated metal was cut out and painted yellow for the sunshine and then a local North Idaho artist made the chainsaw chain Sasquatch metal cut out you see over the sun. Also sealed with lacquer so will last for years to come in any weather. *Inquire if interested in purchasing entire business with supplies, logo, website, and transferable LLC.
