This listing is for my brand new 10' food service concession trailer. I currently operate a food truck business and we built this unit out to expand the catering side of the business. We've realised selling it seems like the best option right now since we are already busy enough with our current fleet during the summer season. The Unit has all brand new restaurant equipment (griddle, deep fryer, refrigerators), and a brand new hood system with fire suppression. It has 2 layers of 3/4" plywood floor boards with vinyl flooring on top, wipeable insulated pvc sheeted walls, and a stainless steel backsplash. This unit is the perfect size for getting in and out of tight catering locations. The trailer is designed with only a hand washing station with fresh and grey water tanks. There is no three part sink in the unit, you could add one though. It's meant to return to a "commissary" every night to do dishes and prep.
