It still needs work done. $6000.00 in tires new July 2023, 4 new air bags $3000.00. Engine serviced $800.00 Rear and front ends serviced $400.00 Road master tow bar goes with it $2000.00 New replacement floor in drivers side front slide $1000.00, Rooftop sealed $800.00 New max air vent tops installed $300.00 New shower dome installed $150.00 Diagnosis of hydraulics $300.00 (there is a missing connection between the dash switches, and the hydraulic motor switches have power, hydraulic motor is good The three hydraulic stabilizers are still not deploying at this time but not an issue for us, as a level different ways to level and stabilize coach. The flooring still needs to be done, carpet or vinyl planks There is a fixture in the rear sink that needs to be installed The two side, propane furnaces need to be overhauled. We just use a small electric heater. Slide on drivers front still needs to be adjusted . (After flooring was put in) The sliding toppers and awning needs to be replaced as they are 20 years old and showing lots of wear If someone is mechanically so inclined and wants to dig in to the dash air conditioning, from the back to the front and replace a lot of elements, most older coaches the dash air does not work anyway .
