As luck would have it, i now have somewhere to move and no longer need this trailer.. This Trailer would make a great Contractors office or a tow-able storage unit ! I recently accepted 2 offers for 3200.00 , but am waiting on either money or park site availability and am not waiting any longer.. 1st person with 3200.00 beats out the others ! Holiday Rambler s have a reputation as being a higher quality brand, with this unit having nice interior accents & amenities .. It has tremendous potential needing just cosmetic ceiling work and new flooring, with no noticeable floor soft-spots.. Entry door has been upgraded ..Tires seem to show no weather checks and have decent tread.. sold "as shown-as is " for less than invested
