I bought this on eBay Motors in March for a little over $20,000 (result of a bank repo.). It was (I thought) a steal, according to the NADA.com guide it's worth almost twice that much and I thought with a couple weekends of work and a couple grand I'd make out like a bandit... Oh well, live, lose and learn. The seller said it needed a "little" handy-man work, turned out it needed a lot more than I anticipated. But it is all done and in very good shape now. Trouble is, with what I had to put into it, I find myself cash strapped and now need to sell it. I've put almost $15,000 into in in repairs, upgrades and renovations in the last three months, way more than I had hoped would be needed... It is in great shape, engine, transmission, bathroom, appliances, everything is working properly now, finally. But I'm almost busted, can't afford to keep it and use it as hoped. My miscalculation equals someone else's super deal. I bit off a little more than I'd planned on chewing by buying this several months ago. First RV I've owned and needed a bit more work than I had thought... But, it's all finished now and good to go, better than ever. My loss, your gain. CarFax report available as well as all the receipts mentioned for service repair PM and ECM printout. This RV breezes past big trucks and pulls up hills like you're on flat ground. Engine: 41,000 miles! Runs like an Energized Bunny... on and on and on... Onan 6.5KW LP generator with barely 700 hours. Huge slide-out: 13'x3' Driver's side door New windshield curtain Dual trumpet air horn Two door refrigerator freezer with ice maker. Brand new (less than 500 miles) Hercules tires with auto-balancing beads installed. Hydraulic auto leveling system (you can change a tire with it if needed, no jack required). Microwave, three burner LP stove with oven below, hookups for washer and dryer (not included). Rear view Sony monitor, two televisions, 10 disc Sony CD changer, CB radio hookup. New 26" LED HiDef TV with Sony Blu-ray player and GoogleTV Wifi Internet access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, email, web, etc. Leather pilot and navigtor swivel/recliners in perfect condition. Allison 4 speed automatic transmission, smooth as silk. Full patio awning is in perfect shape as well. Air brakes and compression brake. Class III trailer hitch installed, pull anything you want with this horse. New carbon/monoxide and smoke detectors installed. Just replaced cracked exhaust manifold at Cummins: $1,450. Full system PM and all around checkover: $1,500. Six brand new Hercules tires (all with internal ball balancing beads): $1,650.00 (ECM printout available for inspection by request). Service repairs and upgrades done within the last couple months: New Hercules tires: $1,650 PM (preventative maintenance) Service: $1,500 Replaced cracked manifold: $1,450 Completely reworked bathroom and skylight: $9,500 New slide-out awning/cover: $160 New windshield drapes: $180 New 26" LED & Sony Blu-ray with GoogleTV: $550 Renovations, upgrades & repairs: $14,990 She's good to go and ready to roll, anywhere. Diesel might cost a dime more than gas, but the mileage is well worth it. Also note, this is not only a diesel, it's a pusher engine. Engine located in the rear, no doghouse to climb over, and most importantly a very quiet ride, you can barely hear the engine. Almost 10 mpg at 65 mph. For a vehicle this big.... that's huge! That's what I got in a 200 mile test drive a month ago (9.85mpg), driving habits vary and results will too. The skylight above the shower-tub had broken and it resulted in water damage to the bathroom wall and floor, both completely replaced and better than new. The whole roof has been resealed, not that it was needed, but since we had to repair the skylight and had the tools and materials, figured 'why not, better safe than sorry'.
