Spare tire with cover, flip down rear stairs, and much sought after "rear door access" (with screen door) which makes it much more convenient to access regardless of wherever you park!! Dash stereo (sounds amazing), and rear view back up camera (which also works as your driving down the road). 2 very comfortable swivel Barrel chairs and flip up solid wood table. Plush sleeper sofa, pleated color matching day/night shades on all windows and beautiful blue carpet throughout! Wet bath - shower/toilet/sink all in one waterproof room with power roof fan and vent. 7.5L Ford with E-350 chassis. Rear receiver boat/car hauler hitch. Tires (quality brand) less than a year old, (approx 900 miles on them). Great gas mileage!!! Drives just like a van and small enough to literally park in any parking spot, and legally can park in a home driveway with no hassle from homeowners association! This is a very high quality made motorhome (real wood cabinets), and not your basic "sticks and staples" flimsy newer style which the market is flooded with!! Also comes with blue velour snap on curtains (not pictured - in cabinets) which totally block the front cab area from rear camper giving total privacy. Freezing cold central air and heat, and ice cold dash air as well. No funny smells or no funny noises! This Motorhome is super clean and will not last long! Clear title in my name.
