It only takes a day in a so long to figure out why homes donât use the bathrooms for hallways. It has a 24 foot wall slide which creates a hallway w/3 closets! WOW! The Livability is just like home. Alfas drive better because of superior torsional rigidity. Driving is a complex and tiring job, and less bump steer makes an Alfa easier to drive. Bumps donât cause the coach to steer itself this way and that as much, and it makes driving less tiring. It is equipped with front air conditioning and a central A/C units. Two power slide outs (living room and dinning room/bedroom). It has a Guardian 7500 Diesel generator with 496 hours only! King dome satellite antenna, Xantrex inverter charger, rear back up camera, electric step, full outside basement storage, outside shower, LP gas, black/gray/fresh water tanks. Towing package, automatic patio awning, window awnings, fantastic roof vents, two leather captains chairs!!! Enclosed bedroom with bed (sleeps 2), closet/cabinets/drawers. Stacked washer/dryer, two ceiling fans. The Bathroom features: Large glass stand up shower, counter top with sink, mirrored vanity, drawers and cabinets. In the living room there is a dinning table with four chairs, sofa bed (sleeps 2), couch (sleeps 2) and a second Tv. In the kitchen you will see refrigerator/freezer, with the ice maker, microwave oven, 3 burner gas stove oven, dual sink, counter top extension, and many other luxury features. Powered by 330 HP Mercedes TURBO DIESEL motor on Freightliner chassis that runs strong, and the automatic 6 SPEED ALLISON transmission shifts smoothly. Rv starts and runs great! This Rv has 38,885 miles ONLY!!! All appliances are in good working condition. Interior is in mint condition. Exterior is in very good condition as well, it is shiny, and looks like new. Tires are in very good condition. It also comes with a new bedding set. House batteries will need to be replaced, they are working fine when the charger is on, but they don't keep the charge.
