1997 Roadtrek Versatile 200 Chevy 3500. This RV has everything you need inside, with tons of storage inside and out. Fixed full-size bed and front seating area provide excellent living space. Recently serviced engine and replaced gaskets ensuring all seals are tight and there are NO ENGINE LEAKS. She has SUPER LOW miles and a strong engine, and my mechanic says she's ready to roll for many more miles with regular maintenance. Chevy AC blows cold, as does the house AC. Propane furnace. 2-burner stovetop. 3-way refrigerator/freezer, with a new door gasket that seals tightly to keep your food/drinks at the temp range you select. Generator starts right up with one push of a button. Updated plumbing to ensure there's both interior and exterior shower. Water tanks are each leak-free. House battery is just a half-year old, as is the inverter. Given the age of this RV, I am selling this Roadtrek As-Is. Also included with this Roadtrek:- Original Roadtrek manual.- Haynes Chevy manual.- Most maintenance records.- Awning was in horrible condition, so I removed it and this van comes with a NEW Fiamma awning for your installation.- Wireless, solar-powered back-up camera.- Sewer connects and extenders.Clean title.
