For sale my 2013 Crossroads Elevation 42'11" 5th Wheel Toy Hauler with 3 Slide Outs and 1-1/2 Baths. This trailer came from Arizona. This is a tri-axle trailer with a 12ft rear garage and a rear ramp door with flat deck and sides. It has dual power awnings, rear spot lights, fueling station with nozzle, outside speakers, power front and rear leveling jacks, dual entrance one to main living and one to the garage. It is pre wired for a generator in the front cabinet and hs the pass thru front side storage compartment, dual garage vents rear side ladder, 10 gallon water heater, 18,000 GVW and 50 amp service. The main entrance is to the living room kitchen area and has a vinyl pattern tile floor. This area has a custom table with folding leaf and dual bar stools. There is a flatscreen TV with sound bar and blue ray player and electronic fireplace. It also has a tank monitor and multiple master light switches and slide out switches below. It has vlances with wood blinds in the living room and kitchen, center island with sink and upper counter, Norcold refrigerator, suburban 3 burner stove/oven combo, microwave and vent system. This area hlso has dual skylights. The sofa is a large leather brown sofa and has a table with removable legs(table is missing edge molding but is still usable without a problem. Up stairs overhead bunk ladder bunk area does not have a mattress, has metal railing guard, window and roof vent. The garage has a full door with center glass insert. the garage is 12ft long by 8ft wide inside and 103" to the ceiling. It has the coin floor gray with d-rings, kicker speakers, Clairon Cd player, spot for a TV mount, washer and dryer hookups and the half bath has a full door with toilet and small corner sink. this has the power beds with lower be that turns to dual sofas-upper bunk bed does not have a mattress. The garage windows have black snap on shades with mesh pockets. Up stairs to the bathroom and bedroom there is carpet stairway and vinyl tile pattern the same as the kitchen. The bathroom has a full door with porcelain toilet, vanity with sink and lower sink cabinet and upper mirror cabinet with lights, triple sliding glass shower doors with seat and shower ceiling skylight. Also has a corner cabinet for storage and roof vent and fan. The bedroom has a full door with etched glass center insert. The bedroom has tan carpeting with a mattress that measures 72 wide by 78 long(no comforter or shams), sliding closet door and has a walk in area with dual mini dressers with cabinets and a center hanger bar. The bedroom has valances and shades and a bureau with overhead spot for a TV(no TV). The bedroom also has its own A/C. There is average wear, use and scuffs. The exterior overall is good it has a scuff at the rear drivers side lower sheet metal with creases in the edge and the last rung on the ladder is broken(see pics), tires are original but have good tread and sidewalls and has a spare mounted underneath. The interior has some scuffs in the garage on the lower paneling top layer of simulated wood, this is also visible in the living room and kitchen area where the simulated wood top layer peels and flakes it has a few spots in the bedroom on the bureau and in the closet. There is one small soft spot on the floor by the kitchen island on the stove side which isn't too bad. Thank you
