It is tan with gray, charcoal and burgundy striping. THE TIRES ARE FROM 2012 IN THE REAR AND 2011 IN THE FRONT with excellent sidewalls and tread. It has 22.5" wheels with chrome simulators. The generator is an Onan 7500 quiet diesel that runs excellent, 50 amp service, 10 gallon water heater, AE main awning and over door awning, dual slide toppers and 3 window awnings. The paint and body are in great shape overall for the year. It has a Reese tow hitch V-5 with ball receiver. The cab has tan leather Flexsteel seating, sony cd player with aux,/usb, power heated mirrors, front wrap around windshield curtain, flatscreen TV, Rosco camera screen. The living room has tan carpeting, full pull out sofa bed, recliner chair with end table and drawers, valances with day/night shades(one shade broken string), dinette wood table with 4 chairs 2 foldable and extension lead, REAL WOOD cabinets and trim, tile flooring(not vinyl) in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a bar area with mirror back splash and mirror cabinet doors, mini refrig built in below the countertop and standard Dometic New Dimension refrigerator. The countertops are solid corian with a stove cover for the 3 burner stove/oven combo. It has a sharp carousel convection oven, multiple cabinets and drawers and a pantry cabinet. The cimate control for heat and A/C is digital duo-therm. There is a crack in the countertop from the sink to the stove which doesn't affect anything. It also has a fantastic fan and sliding wood door to the bathroom. The bathroom has a Spendide 2000 washer/dryer combo with shelves above. The shower is neo-angle with front pattern and oval style tub and skylight with shade. It also has the vanity with tri-mirror cabinet in the main bath area. The toilet room has a full wood door with porcelain toilet with sprayer, roof vent/fan and cabinets above the toilet. The bedroom door is a sliding door too. The bedroom has tan carpeting, slide out bed area with mattress comforter and pillows matching, it has valances with day/night shades, bureau with drawers and side and upper cabinets, corner tube Tv(works), and mirror sliding closets doors. The GVW is 31,000 lbs. This structure is the aluminum super structure. Model: DSDP4095. Length: 40'6" The living room carpet has some discolored stains in a few areas it is a light color, no overly worn areas on the interior just normal use. The exterior has a few minor scratches nothing major a small scuff on the water heater door, the edge of the roof line has some clear coat peeling. Great shining paint and striping.
