Rear dinette converts into full size bed, 4" cushions, sleeps up to three people comfortably. -16 gallon fresh water holding tank with a 12 Volt Demand Water System. 12Volt marine battery, 12Volt LED interior lighting, Grey/Black water tanks.-2-20 lb Propane gas tank that supplies the two burner stoves, fridge, and the 6 gallon water heater with electric ignition, all equipment is in working condition, 4.4 cu ft Dometic 3-way fridge, All 12Volt lighting in the trailer is in working condition.-Absolutely NO water leaks, Chassis has some minor surface rust.
