2007 Keystone Cougar 294RLS purchased new. One Owner asking 16,000. I was the only person to use this trailer occasionally as a place to stay when i worked long hours and didn't want to make the commute home. Trailer has never been on the road...only when it was delivered new. Inside of trailer is really clean!looks absolutely new. the outside however is sunburned so to speak..since trailer was never moved...the sun faded the decals and finish looks a little dull. Front (outside)top left corner of trailer has a small warp om panel (about 1x1) from a leak during rainstorm. Water never got inside trailer! just between seem on outside panel. Leak has been repaired. Trailer was bought with Polar Package and a few other upgrade such as porcelain toilet etc. The bed room has new full size thick mattress.
