      "Lease Purchase" alternative finance and additional details. If you do not
      receive it please check your spam or junk email folder. The Motorhomes and RV's in the Dream Finders Gallery are for sale by owner
      and available for conventional, "Regular" financing or cash only not for the
      Owner Financing, Assumables, Lease to own or Trade. Let us know if you would
      like the owner to contact you with full details about their Motorhome.

      you have a trade, We can help locate a cash buyer or "Lease Purchase" buyer
      right away for your RV and or any asset of value. We would need a couple

      doing a Private Owner Assumable, Lease Purchase Agreement, Take over Payment
      Owner Finance contract. That goes for the vehicle you inquired about and any

      You can shop the whole internet online or offline for a for sale by owner
      RV. Do not go over the "Lease Purchase" with them, forward us there contact
      information and or there Ad and we will touch base and go over the "Lease
      Purchase" option with them and let you know if they will consider. We will
      help you put together a deal on any for sale by owner RV in the USA. We do
      this everyday and know how to present the "Lease Purchase". We have the contracts that are used Nationwide and have the Contract
      Consultant to make sure the contracts are done correctly to protect both
      buyer and seller. We will help walk you through the process and you will
      have full access to our Contract Consultant. We ask a flat $750 Finders Fee
      if you do a "Lease Purchase" deal with a private seller we locate for you.
      There is also a $500 Contract Consultant Fee for a "Lease Purchase" sale to

      Assumable, Take over Payment, ... more       Hello Fellow RV Enthusiast, These Private Owners will consider doing a "Private Lease Purchase",
      Assumable, Take over Payment, Owner Finance Contract. Every seller will have
      a different circumstance just like every buyer as far as Deposit, Payment,
      Interest Rate, and Term - how long do you need, etc. "Keep this in mind that the other company's out here who do "Lease Purchase"
      Owner Finance contracts keep your entire deposit as there management expense
      and your deposit does not go towards the RV you are purchasing. We do a
      Private to Private "Lease Purchase" and your deposit goes toward the RV you
      are buying." If you see something you like let us know and we will have the sellers
      contact you with full details and to talk about the possibilities of a
      "Lease Purchase". You will need to come to an Agreement on the Deposit, Sale
      price, Payment and how long do you need. If it gets serious we will have our
      Contract Consultant walk both parties through the process and make sure both
      buyer and seller are protected with the Contract and crunch the numbers to
      make sure it is a fair deal for both parties. Everyone will be on the same
      page before any contracts are signed.We can also help with the Negotiation
      process. We add and remove from the list every day or two. We ask a flat $750 Finders
      Fee if you do a "Lease Purchase" deal with one of our Private Owner
      Listings. The $750 Finders Fee is due at the signing of the contract and
      picking up RV from the seller. The seller will not release the vehicle
