Description:
It has 22k miles on it, I've redone the interior, including new insulation, opening it up to maximize usable living space, repaneled it with Luan plywood, and refloored it with Shaw laminate flooring. This is a C class RV, 23' in length. I have the inserts, water heater, and sinks. Shower stall is installed, bathroom section is scaled back to make more room for the rest of the interior area, can be customized further if need be. Toilet needs to be purchased, there is a regular, residential one that will fit in it for 50.00 at Moss lumber, I can install it for you, as well as get the shower working upon request. The roof leaks, as do most this age, so either tarp it or put on a rubber roof. I've opened up the interior of the cab over bed area to make room for a normal queen size mattress, which is included. Engine is a strong running 350, which fires right up, I installed a new thermostat last year and just put in a battery w/6 month warren-tee as well and I left the stock air conditioning unit roof mounted in place, have never tested that part though, I can get a used window mounted unit for you if this is a deal breaker.
