,..The floor plan is rear full bath and kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, and a 2 door Norcold Fridge that operates on AC or Propane. It has a jack knife sofa that makes into a bed, a booth dinette that makes into a double bed, and a queen size bed over the cab. A 19" LCD TV with built in DVD mounted on the wall that moves on a swivel. The generator is a 4000 watt Onan with less than 150 hours. Everything has been serviced regularly, and the water heater is a 6 gallon Suburban with electric start. There is also a hitch with wiring hookups for a trailer. To keep you warm there is a ducted forced air furnace, and if you dry camp a lot there is an Olympian catalytic heater that will run for days without any 12V power.. A Domontic 13,500 AC unit that works well and a fantastic fan in the bathroom. All roof vents have water proof covers that allow you to open the vents while raining. The upholstery and floor are in good condition as you can see by the pictures. The bathroom has a bath tub, sink, and Thetford Aqua Magic fresh water toilet. There is a stain in the tub caused by me placing a bucket while washing the walls. The bucket had leather dye on the bottom, and I did not know it. I have placed a tub mat over it, and all is good. The capacities are 30 gallon fresh water, and 25 black water and 30 grey water.,,..
