Absolutely no wood rot (been completely stripped to bones and redone)or other nonsense periodCamper weighs in at 3500 Lbs and has a length of 22.75 FtOriginal propane heater that would be next to the living room door is included (not pictured) It looks to be in decent shape, but I have not used it, so I wouldn’t be surprised that it would need some work performed before useProfessionally Fully rebuilt/new insulation everywhere. All original hardware, fixtures, floor plan etc. Original windows all working correctly Sealed tighter than a u-boat All electrical professionally rewired like original but with modern standards This trailer is ready now to personalize ie. flooring and backsplashes that the real work is done. Tow to china and back as the springs,axle,bearings and tires are rebuilt. Original wheels that’ll take baby moon hubcaps are 16” and are the same type that Spartans used.(not pictured) Wooden screen door in bedroom professionally restored. Originally owned and used by the Army as officer barracks here in Colorado during Korean War mobilization/training.
