This 1955 Royal mansion is 36' long 8,000lbs pulls great equipped with brakes, all appliances work, original lighting, cork tile in back bedroom, I have original bathtub, porcelain toilet, thankless instant hot water heater propane, was under roof for the last 35years, this thing is in excellent condition, no water damage the kitchen tiles have a bit of damage due to previous owners not putting drain pan down when closing up for winter, new rims and tires installed.this truly is a gem hard to find one in this condition, spartan quit making campers in 1962 they don't make them like this anymore, all birch wood throughout.
