We picked this up a few years ago and thought we would have time to remodel it but ended up building a house so we didn't get to it. It needs a full remodel and is sold as is. Buyer is responsible for all transportation and $500 deposit is non-refundable, with remainder expected in cash upon pick up or prior to but also within 7 days of winning bid. We've owned if for approximately four years and it sat at an auto salvage for ten years prior to that as I passed it on my commute past Camp Douglas, Wisconsin and finally decided to make an offer. LP tanks are not included and we have no additional furnishings than what are seen in the picture. I had originally listed it as a 22 foot trailer and was corrected by a bidder that it is a 28 footer so we apologize for pulling the listing if you were looking/bidding before and wanted to make sure we were accurate in describing what we know.
