All roof vents resealed- Fiberglass cracks in the roof repaired, roof resealed- New front awning arms- New tongue jack- New 7-way electric plug- Newer catalytic heater, original forced air heater still installedOther highlights include:- Original birch wood interior in good condition- Molded fiberglass end caps and roof- Mostly original with system updates where needed- Not a flip, we fixed this up for us to use and keepWe are selling our vintage Kencraft as we lost our storage space and we just aren’t using enough to justify finding another storage spot for it. So we have decided to offer it for sale to someone who will use it like it should be used.This isn’t a flip. We have been restoring it with the intent on keeping it until whenever. We were focused more on making it easy and comfortable to use, and less on making it look perfect. So it’s not a complete restoration, but it only needs some cosmetics addressed to be complete.We love the original birch wood interior, and with a fresh coat of shellac it would really shine and the exterior could use a fresh coat of paint.This was a high end trailer when new. Beyond the usual features like a full bath, furnace, click clack sofas, electric brakes etc it has two features I have never seen in a vintage trailer this old. First is an air conditioning system built into the closet. I have personally never seen another one like it. It will need a recharge to function, but is complete and original as far as I know.It also has a central vacuum system that still works. It will need a new wand, but the vacuum is still included and works.I’m happy to answer questions online or over the phone, and can show you the various systems working if you come out to view it. I also have a more detailed breakdown of each system and what was replaced.Payment is either via cash, local cashier's check, or wire transfer. I will send a signed bill of sale before you send payment and can send a photo of the title if needed.Please ask questions or inspect the trailer before bidding. All sales are final, the trailer is sold As-Is with no warranty.Must pick up within 7 days or we reserve the right to charge a $10 per day storage fee. We are happy to meet a shipper of your choice at our location.If you are the winning bid and cancel the sale we will ask for a $100 relisting fee due within 7 days.No overseas buyers.
