This was professionally built in 2023 on a 1970 Ford truck in California with repurposed redwood from the historic Sturgeon's Mill. It was driven to Washington State and, from there, North Carolina. There are plenty of windows, so this feels bright and airy. The walls, ceiling, and floor are insulated, which heats up quickly with a small space heater. Other features include the Queen bed in the loft, bamboo hardwood flooring, multiple shelves, a bamboo kitchenette countertop with a stainless steel sink, and a wooden porch. The tiny house sink is plumbed for hot and cold water directly from the high-quality, propane-powered instant water heater. There are no tanks, and a hose can easily be connected to the water heater. It is wired with a breaker box, three interior outlets, and one exterior outlet. Power inlet is achieved with just a simple extension cord; no big RV hookups are needed. The seller reports that this is about 24' long - the flatbed/home area is 12' long, plus a 4' loft. The width is about 8', and the height is about 13' - built to travel any road.
