When I purchased this Airstream in 2016 it was a work in progress. The previous owner removed the interior down to the shell, all plumbing, and wiring (including tanks carefully preserving everything. He removed the old belly pan, powdered coated the frame, installed a new heavy gauge aluminum pan with stainless fasteners, installed new axels wheels and tires. He also removed the rear bumper storage, shortened the frame so the bumper fit closer to the body and added a receiver hitch. When I got it I removed the belly pan and re-installed the 45gal freshwater tank, repaired two small spots on the plywood floor, rewired the entire trailer with tinned marine wiring including all the exterior lights. Re-plumbed using Pex and PVC. Installed closed cell spray foam to the entire interior. Installed one piece vinyl floor. Installed complete new custom interior including custom made surfboard table. All new LED lightis, Re-used the original sink, oven, and refrigerator. Installed new Precision temp on demand water heater and Natures Head composting toilet. There is no gray tank but a 15gal Tote is included. The three Zipdee awnings are original and in excellent condition. The stone guard was fitted with new tinted Lexan. Finally we polished the tailer and the two 30lb propane tanks for that iconic shine. Then we traveled with it. No pets and no smoking. We are now transitioning to a van and are offering this unit up for sale. I have countless hours in this (a little OCD) and will be happy to answer any questions. Thank for looking.....Dan
