I am finally ready to part with my camper I have owned for 5 years! I lived in it for 2 years while I was in grad school, and I planned to continue working on it but just don't have the time with my current job. I am hoping to pass it along to someone who has an appreciation for rare, vintage campers and the time/skills available to finish what I started. I have included photos of all the "issues" and have listed potential projects a buyer may want to do below. The original AC in the camper was leaking when I purchased it (and it barely worked), so I immediately had someone take it out and patch the roof. I have included photos of the ceiling damage from that initial leak. I have looked at the insulation underneath one of the water damaged panels and there is no sign of mold. Structurally it is still sound, and there is no damage to the roof. I added a window unit and used plywood to seal around it. A space heater was used in the winter. All plumbing works except for the sink in the bathroom, and there is a hot water switch that is easy to use. Electric works, and the stove runs on propane. New tires were purchased in 2019-it has been stationary since. I do not have the original toilet-I built a compost toilet because it worked best for me at the time. The awning still works. The futon mattress is brand new.Repairs needed:-replace water damaged panels on ceiling (by front door)-repaint interior (I still have the paint used on the interior, included in sale)-replace damaged drawer (included in photo)-repaint roof with flex seal (recommended to do once a year; 2 containers included in sale)-rebuild bed frame (optional): the original set up was a bed that would slide into a couch but I wanted more storage so I built a lofted bed frame-purchase a camper toilet: hook-ups work fine, I just had access to land/compost bin and didn't want to deal with having to dump it-replace wood around AC unitI am trying to be as transparent as possible to any potential buyer.
