Description:
24ft Dual axel with twin beds , rear bath front dinette and rare overhead twin bunks. The bunk bed assembly is factory made and very rare. Recently towed over 500 miles on old tires. Tow lights and brakes are functional. The awning but needs some hardware repair. Aftermarket deadbolt lock, 30 Amp plug and vinyl flooring installed. Seating cushions updated and the radio and speakers all work great. The previous owner installed a TV Sat DIsh and didn't caulk it properly causing some weakness to the kitchen counter top directly below the ceiling cable line. The propane systems work properly and tanks are fine. The AC works but definitely should be serviced. The fresh water, grey and black tanks all function properly. The other plumbing has not been tested as we planned to add new PEX. Previous owner said it was functional. The fridge works properly and all interior lights and outlets function normally. Clean NC Title and delivery within 300 miles with full price offer. Cabinets and doors all function properly. This is a 40 plus year old camper and has wear. However, if you're interested in a solid Argosy this is a great choice.
