This 1976 Airstream 31 Excella 500 is very solid, no rust. Owned by my 88 year old father for the last 30+ years. He spent a few winters in Arizona, and since then, it's been parked in the backyard in Colorado for the last 25 years. The interior is in great shape.Clean Colorado title is in hand. Refrigerator works, got cold quickly, and froze the ice trays. New furnace was installed, receipt is included, it hasn't been used other than to test. Oven and stove was tested and works. Air Conditioning was tested and gets nice and cold. Water system was tested and the water heater was leaking, unknown what the issue is, but that was as far as we went. Water tank doesn't leak, and holds about 40 gallons. Tires have all been kept covered and hold air. ZipDee awnings all around. Electric tongue jack was tested and works. Some of the marker lights were replaced after the photos were taken. Upholstery and drapes are in great shape. All the closet, cabinet, and cupboard doors work as they should.The roof has hail damage. The last storm damaged the vents, and air conditioning cover. The outer glass on the rear window is broken. The rest of the glass in in good shape, many have issues between the outer and inner panes, but the glass fine.I wouldn't be afraid to tow to anywhere.
