AIRSTREAM HAS NEW LAMINATE FLOORING , SUB FLOOR WAS IN GOOD SHAPE, WE DID REPLACE ONE SMALL SPOT. NEW POWER CONVERTER, I TRIED TO KEEP ALL THE ORIGINAL PARTS. JUST CLEANED UP. THE DRAPES ARE CUSTOM MADE AND LINED, VERY HEAVY FABRIC.NEW FOAM AND FABRIC ON THE SOFA. ALL THE SCREENS ARE THERE, FRAMES PAINTED AND RE SCREENED, INSPECTED LAST SUMMER 4 NEW TIRES. THE SMALLER AWNING HAS NEVER BEEN OUT. ITS IN GOOD SHAPE NO ROT. THE LARGE AWNING HAS BEEN REPLACED IS IN GOOD SHAPE. THE PERSON WHO HAD IT BEFORE ME HAD IT AT A CAMP GROUND HOOKED TO A SEWER LINE, SO THERE IS NO REAR TANK SEPARATION THAT IS COMMON IN THE REAR BATHROOM FLOOR PLANS. THE FRIDGE IS MISSING THE GUY HAD A HOUSE FRIDGE IN IT. I HAVE IT ITS JUST NOT IN THE PICTURE. ALL THE WEATHER SEALS ON THE HATCHES WERE REPLACED AND NOW DOES NO HAVE ANY LEAKING.
