I'm selling my 89 RV. interior is in perfect condition for the year. everything works perfect. comes with brand new air ride system, factory hydraulic four jack leveling system. I just installed a brand new pump, holding tank, all new hydraulic high pressure hoses. brand new high flow radiator, new water pump, alternator, belts, complete tune up, new distributed, all fluids from trans, rear, brakes have been services. new generator, new 3 way refrigerator, new 7 inch screen back up system. new 13 front overhead tv. new toilet. new 32 inch flat screen tv with built in DVD for master bed room. new tires, brakes, rotors, calipers, brake hoses and master cylinder. it has rear heat and two roof a/c units that work perfect. all windows have awnings that are in great shape and all work. all new engine a/c lines, condenser, dryer. does need new a/c pump. ( did not get to it). it drive and handles like a Cadillac , I use it all of the time. all new deep cycle heavy duty batteries, new inverter, also needs a stereo and speakers installed. power seat and window, I'm sure there is more that I missed. it has 85k on it. 454 engine that runs like new, 400 3 speed trans that I overhauled. new u- joints. outside, for the age is not bad. but not the prettiest thing. it could use some paint work, but for the price, you can't go wrong for a first RV. it's also 32ft long. I have over 8k invested, because I used to drive cross country with it, and didn't want problems. I'm selling for 3,500.00. so someone can enjoy it like I did. firm on the price.
