Recent upgrades include, All new tires, batteries, air conditioners, laminate wood flooring (not because of damage, wear or product failure, just owner preference), high flow steel headers, new shower tub floor, helicopter clean out system, tailgater, fifty gallon soft water badder in a pod on the roof, flat screen tv, DVD player, pioneer front cabin sound system, extended awning, kitchen counter extension, extra storage containment systems, and many other high touch effects only a meticulous retired person can resource. Everything works as new and I am told that the oven was used only one time. The apoelstry looks brand new, and is mostly covered. The furniture is all Flexsteel. The toilet is porcelain, the sinks are stainless, the heating system is automatic ignition. There are solar panels, clothes washing machine, and many extras added. Everything you need to camp today is loaded in this coach. With the same mechanic for decades, this coach is sound mechanically with a recent check and tune the Summer of 2022. It is started and ran for ten minutes every month during months when not running.There is one chip in a windshield panel which was sealed decades ago and has not budged. There is a scratch on the front bumper passenger side.If you are looking for a luxury motor coach which is a bit retro, and in top tier condition, look no further.
