Cummins Diesel and Allison Transmission, has washer/dryer, hydraulic jacks, backup camera, 2k Heart inverter, patio and window awnings, ice maker, 50 amp Service, 2 roof AC, new toilet, new water heater, new tires, new fantastic fans 1 with remote and temp, one manual. Recent Generator service. Recent roof seal with Henrys Tropi-cool, Allison AT-542 4 spd transmission, cedar lined closet, Oil and filters changed when bought from dealer 7 years ago. Have only put 5k miles since then. Passenger front window has a crack, but legal to drive, $1000 to fix windshield. This is not a high powered engine, but good mileage and reliable. Test drive only after agreed upon price and proof of funds. Not desperate to sell so no low ballers.
