This 1993 Prevost Le Mirage XL motorcoach was converted to a motorhome by Liberty Coach of North Chicago, Illinois, and spent time in Texas and Virginia before the sellers acquisition in June 2022. A subsequent refurbishment by Marathon Coach of Coburg, Oregon, was completed in 2023 and involved more than $330k in work that included repainting the front fascia; refreshing the interior; recoating the roof; replacing the tank sensors, inverters, and batteries; and repairing the electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems. The coach features stainless-steel body panels with multicolor graphics, and power is from a turbodiesel 12.1-liter V8 paired with an Allison five-speed automatic transmission and a dually rear drive axle. The floor plan includes a forward lounge area, a dinette, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a rear bedroom. Amenities consist of composite countertops, central air conditioning, a two-burner cooktop, a residential-style refrigerator, a washer/dryer, and an Insignia flatscreen television. Mechanical equipment includes a Power Tech diesel-fueled generator, Pentair water filters, a Raritan water heater, freshwater and waste tanks, and two power inverters. This 40-foot Prevost motorhome is now offered at no reserve with manufacturers literature, service and refurbishment records, camping accessories, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title in the sellers name that lists the vehicle as a 1994 Truk. The coach features stainless-steel body panels with multicolor graphics on the upper bodywork. Equipment includes tinted windows, clearance lights, fog lights, perimeter lighting, four awnings, equipment bays, a forward entry door, and a receiver hitch. Work performed under current ownership included recoating the roof, repairing and refinishing the front fascia, touching up the paint on the mirror housings and the reverse-view camera enclosure, installing a train-style horn, and replacing the front windows, exterior-lighting lenses, and trailering-harness connector. The forward compartment features an air-suspended driver seat and a power-adjustable passenger seat upholstered in gray leather with beige inserts. Additional equipment includes sliding side windows, overhead lighting, a reverse-view monitor, an altimeter, a ceiling-mounted Ranger CB radio, and an Aptiv AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth capability. An overhead console houses a Funai DVD/VHS player, an Insignia flatscreen TV, and a holding-tank status panel. The seats, reverse-view monitor, stereo, and television were replaced under current ownership. The living quarters were refurbished in 2023, and the work involved replacing the carpets, bathroom fixtures, and the food-waste disposer; reupholstering the sofas, ceiling panels, and wall trim; and repairing the cabinets, lighting fixtures, and air-conditioning system. Features include beige walls, tiled and carpeted floors, recessed lighting, pleated window shades, storage cabinets, and central air conditioning and heating. Two sofas are found in the forward lounge area along with a chandelier, a peninsula counter with integrated storage, and a dinette table with two chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a pantry, composite countertops, a double-basin sink, a two-burner cooktop, an under-cabinet coffee maker, and a residential-style refrigerator. The turbodiesel 12.1-liter Detroit Diesel 8V92TA V8 was factory rated at 435 horsepower and 1,242 lb-ft of torque, and power is sent to the rear drive wheels through an Allison HT755CR five-speed automatic transmission. The coach is equipped with a dually rear drive axle and a tag axle. The engine accessory-belt guard was replaced under current ownership. A service record in the gallery indicates the engine has accumulated 2,578 operating hours. ALL BRAND NEW INTERIORS.!!!The beds have never been slept in.The kitchen appliances have never been used.
