Awning is in good shape but must be hand rolled up back into place. Motorhome always stored inside, but as expected light fading on the outside finish, .$500 deposit due within 48 hours, full payment due within seven days, Gas gauge does not work and has not worked for a long time. But for a tiny house that doesn't matter.
