1997 Avion Westport (high end model) - In good condition, 36', Central AC and Heat, three slideouts, washer/dryer hookups,(washer/dryer not included). New refrigerator & microwave, 3 burner stove top with oven, 2 compartment kitchen sink, separate shower (no tub) from bathroom. 2 rocker recliner/1 fold out sofa sleeper, queen size bed. 4 seat dining room table, lots of closet space, 2 new- 10 gal. propane tanks, brand new tires, new roof - no leaks, propane/electric water heater, comes with water pressurization system with NO leaks. (most units do not have this and blown water lines can occur), 30/50 Amp cable for hook-up. Mini blinds throughout, carpets good but need a good shampooing, linoleum flooring in kitchen/bathroom in great shape. Black water tank release handle needs to be replaced. Flat panel television not included (just in picture to show how well a flat panel looks in this unit). Minor work needs to be done to slide outs exterior. Slides are in functioning condition and do NOT leak. This unit was stored in Florida and prior owner was taken advantage of when new roof was put on.
