This coach is from the pinnacle of the Monaco years. It has a kitchen/living room slide out. This has the probably the finest RV engine, the M11/ISM Cummins. It was a costly upgrade. It has far more torque than any smaller engines, no costly DEF issues, and no #6 valve issues of the larger ISX engines. Cummins service is available everywhere. The engine is coupled to the Allison MD 4060 6-speed transmission with electric shifter. 127,000 miles. I have owned this coach for 25 years. I have the original owners manuals, detailed maintenance records, and many part numbers. I have driven this coach to all CONUS states, Alaska, all lower Canada provinces, and Newfoundland. This coach is a dream to drive. The suspension air bags are outboard, which give it unparalleled stability. This coach is optimized for boondocking/dry camping. Roadmaster S series. 8 bag chassis with 8 Bilstein shocks and all air disk brakes The 450HP Cummins pulls hills easily and the air bag suspension gives a smooth very well controlled ride. Gas recessed two burner cooktop, Sharp Microwave/Convection Combo Oven. Dometic Side by Side Fridge/Freezer. AC thermostat and control boards upgraded to Dometic CCC2. All countertops are Corian, as well as the tabletop for the booth. The cabinets are Golden Oak, with a full pantry. 2 Pocket Doors Separate Kitchen/Bath and Bath/Rear Bedroom areas. A 3rd pocket door separates the Toilet area from the Shower and Vanity areas. Toilet has Bidet and hand sprayer. 2 Fantastic Fans (with heat and rain sensors) in Bath areas. Provide excellent ventilation. The Shower has a skylight. The rear Queen Island Bed has 2 large closets and drawers and cupboards on either side. In addition, there is plenty of overhead storage, with a flat screen rear TV, and concealed safe. Never smoked in and No Pets in 10 years. Two-stage Jake Brake; does 90% of the braking in the Rockies. Side radiator for easy engine access. All new brakes May 2022 Tank capacities are 185 gal aluminum fuel (range: 1,100mi), 43 gal propane (lasts a year+), 100 gal fresh water, 60 gal gray water and 40 gal black water For dry camping I get one week on fresh water, two weeks on gray water, and three weeks on black water. Headlight are upgraded: low beams are HID, high beams are LED. Several spare parts including engine alternator. Removed working OEM March 2022 and replaced with new.
