Here's what's included:- 1997 P30 Step Van 24' total length with 6.2L diesel engine that starts like a champ and runs great. Passed last emissions successfully.- Built-in Cummins Onan CMM 5500 Watt Generator that powers plugs throughout the truck as well as lights inside and out. Generator runs on standard gas and has it's own built in large gas tank that can keep you going all day.- Water system with approx. 25 gallon waste water, 20 gallon fresh water and hot-water heater.- Hand sink and dip well connected to water system with pump to drive it.- LP Tank with controller - We never used this, so I can't guarantee it functions correctly.- King Dome satellite dish mounted on roof. There are hookups for a TV and satellite controller. We never used this, so I can't guarantee it functions correctly.- Food safe washable walls, floor and ceiling. This was successfully licensed and permitted in Denver, CO.- Large serving window on the passenger side- Waltco 1600lb rated lift gate on the back of the truck that can be used to load equipment and supplies in/out of truck.We are in the process of pulling off the remaining wrap along the top and will have the truck back to base white upon purchase. Additionally, the oil/filter have just been changed on the generator and the vehicle engine. Tires are in great shape and were replaced just a few thousand miles ago. Happy to answer questions.
